Billing and Payments: By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Cancellations and Pauses: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard at https://mentor.gi/billing. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial (e.g., the VIP 10-Day Free Trial), your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
3. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
All content provided through our Services—including trade alerts, proprietary strategies, text, graphics, and tutorials—is the intellectual property of mentor.gi.
Personal Use Only: Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our content for personal use.
No Redistribution: You are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, forwarding, reselling, or publishing our trade alerts, market updates, or VIP content to non-members or public forums without our express written consent. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
4. User Conduct and Mentorship Access
Our VIP mentorship provides direct access to our trading experts. We expect all interactions to be professional and respectful.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our VIP communication channels (WhatsApp, Signal, etc.) for any user who engages in abusive, harassing, or spamming behavior toward our mentors or staff.
5. Third-Party Platforms
We utilize third-party applications (such as WhatsApp and Signal) to deliver our updates and provide support. We are not responsible for the uptime, security, or privacy policies of these external platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mentor.gi and its founders, mentors, analysts, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

Any financial losses or damages resulting from trading decisions made based on our alerts or mentorship.
Any unauthorized access to our servers or your personal information.
7. Modifications to the Service and Terms
